What can I use credits for?
Use credits for image generation, video generation and creative tools. Credit costs vary by model and settings; check the creation page for details.
How are subscriptions different from credit packs?
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Choose what suits your creative routine.
Why do credit packs show two credit amounts?
Not subscribed means you have no valid credits from a monthly or annual plan. Subscribed means you still have unexpired, unused plan credits. Your eligibility is checked automatically when you place an order, and its credit amount is then fixed. One-time packs and manually granted credits do not qualify.
Where can I check my balance and expiry dates?
After signing in, open My credits to view your available balance, the expiry date of each credit grant, and your grant, usage, expiry and return history.
View my creditsWhat if my credits have not arrived after payment?
Sign in with the account used for the purchase and check your payment result and order history on this page. Use the payment status check. If you have already been charged, do not pay again. Contact support if you still need help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact support to cancel a monthly or annual subscription. Credit packs do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
